Oh by the way, my name is Mark Metzger, and I am the owner of Metzgerbodies. I am a national level competitive bodybuilder and certified personal trainer..I have been training myself for 20 years and training others for just over 10 years..

One of the biggest advantages of this website is that you DON'T HAVE TO LIVE IN THE TAMPA AREA TO GET RESULTS WITH OUR SERVICES!!! I spend alot of my day doing online coaching, that is, doing nutrition plans and/or training programs for people literally all over the United States! So, if you don't live in the Tampa area, you can still take advantage of my services by requesting a nutrition plan(which is tailored specifically for you!!) and/or a training regimen as well that is also designed specifically for you...

My "diets" and training programs are all based on each individual's goals, gender, experience, and available equipment that each person has access to..Each program includes a phone consultation that will allow me to get the pertinent information I need in order to design these programs..After that, we will do periodical reassessments(at NO extra charge!) to see if we need to make any adjustments so that we don't hit a plateau..
